We're Looking For Coaches

The Allen Park Hockey Club is looking for volunteer coaches for hockey players ages 6 and up. If you have any interest in applying to be a coach please fill out the form below.

In the "Message" section below please answer the following questions:

1. What ages would you like to coach?

2. Do you have any coaching experience? If so, please list.

3. Are you willing to complete all of the required steps (coaching certificate/ background check) to become a coach if you haven't already?

4. The reason why you would like to coach for the Allen Park Hockey Club.

After your submission, you may be contacted by an APHC board member for an interview.
